Teresa Terrell Obituary
Teresa Ann Terrell, 64, of Macclenny passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019 with her loving family by her side.
Teresa was born in Jacksonville on August 19, 1954 to the late Mr. Walter L. and Vivian L. (Bryant) Terrell. She lived in Jacksonville for most of her life but spent a good amount of time in Baker County throughout the years.
In her spare time, Ms. Terrell enjoyed playing bingo, bunco, and pinochle. She loved traveling to visit family and casino's, where luck was always on her side. She was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. She also was very proud of her southern heritage. In her life, family and friends were most important to Teresa.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She leaves behind her daughters: Tonya Stokes of Jacksonville, Tabatha Walker, and Tyane Taylor both of Macclenny; son: Ricky J. Castillo of Macclenny; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brothers: Don Self of Macclenny, Kerry (Lisa) Florio and Terry (Wendy) Florio all of Glen St. Mary, and Danny Terrell of Marion Junction, Alabama; sisters: Connie (Odell) Griffis, Windy (Jack) Beck, Cindy (Billy) Rhoden, Sheila (David) Lauramore, and Dianne Hodges all of Glen St. Mary, and Sandra Dyke of Macclenny; uncle: Jimmy Bryant of Cuyler; and best friend: Gracie Bias of Starke.
A memorial service to honor Ms. Teresa's life will be held Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Road to Calvary Church, Glen St. Mary, with Pastor Tommy Anderson, Rev. Tommy Richardson, and Rev. Eddie Griffis officiating.
A private family interment will be held at a later date at Taylor Cemetery.
