Angela Naomi Grimes

Angela Naomi Grimes, age 31 of Jacksonville passed unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Angela was born on March 31, 1992 in Jacksonville. Raised by her loving parents, Rusty and Lena Grimes, Angela enjoyed spending time outdoors and trips to the beach. She attended Clay County Schools. Angela always wore a loving smile and was very outgoing. She loved being around her family and will be so dearly missed.

She is survived by her parent, Russell “Rusty” and Helena “Lena” Grimes of Macclenny; siblings: Rusty (Megan) Grimes II of Atlanta, Lacey (Evan) Reese of Orlando, Crystal Grimes and Jacob (Samantha) Sturgeon both of Jacksonville, and Shelby Grimes of Starke; as well as a host of extended family members and friends.

A Celebration of Angela’s Life will be held at a later date and final memorialization will be by cremation.
