Catina Marie Barton

Catina Marie Barton, age 51 of Glen St. Mary passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, November 26, 2023 at Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital. Catina was born on November 16, 1972 to the late Shellie and Harriett (Parrish) Jordan.

At the forefront of Catina’s life were her children and grandchildren. She was willing to drop anything at a moment’s notice to be there for her family. She treasured her time spent with her kids and grandkids. She loved hunting and fishing with her husband in her younger years. She was also an avid reader in her down time.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband: Johnny Barton.

She is survived by her three loving children: Keif (Sandi) Barton of Sanderson, Emily (Michael Waters) Barton of Glen St. Mary, and Jesse (Brooke) Barton of Sanderson; her grandchildren that she loved with all of her heart: Klovis, Kledus, Klevis, Michael III, Levi, Madalynn, Loki, Jesse Jr., Bailey, and Autumn; as well as extended family and friends.

Private family services will be held.
