Creig Earl Buhler

Creig Earl Buhler, age 56 of Macclenny passed away Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Baptist Medical Center Downtown. He was born on April 20, 1965 in Jacksonville to the late Mr. Ray Buhler and Mrs. Sally (Kirkpatrick) Buhler. Creig was a graduate of Murray High School and was a part of the wrestling and football teams. He served his mission in Coventry, England. Later in life, Creig worked as a supervisor in the dairy industry. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with family and especially his grandkids. He loved the outdoors and particularly enjoyed camping and fishing. He also was an avid fan of Florida Gator sports.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his beloved wife: Mary Barrios-Buhler of Macclenny; children: Samantha (Nick) George of Savannah, Jessica Buhler-Hill, Steven (Melissa) Buhler, and Christopher Buhler all of Macclenny; grandchildren: Allayna Hill, Zachary Hill, Raylynn Hill, Taytum Buhler, Magnolia George, Kalli George, and Carter George; mother: Sally Buhler of Jacksonville; brothers: James (Tomoko) Buhler, Roderick (Kathy) Buhler, and Mark (Anne) Buhler; sisters: Kay (Carl) Buhler Gardner Ayres, Kelly (Roger) Trujillo, and Cyndi (Tony) Licausi; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

Funeral services will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 at 11:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Macclenny with Stake President Scott Hinson officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until the time of service at the church. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
