David Eugene Evans

David Eugene Evans, 79 of Sanderson passed away Saturday, March 28, 2020 at St. Vincent's Riverside Hospital following a brief illness.

He was born December 8, 1940 to the late Edward Evans and Agnes Conklin in Sanford, Florida.

David was a United States Army Veteran, worked for many years in construction, and for the Baker County School Board. In his free time, he loved to hunt, fish, and spend time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Floyd Evans.

He is survived by his life long love, Kathy Evans; his son: David Wade Evans; daughter: Laci (Cleveland) Miller; grandchildren: Layla, Mattie, and Abby Evans, and Bailee and Patrick Conti; brothers: James Evans and Ray Conklin; sister: Nancy Barnett; as well as other family members and friends.

David will be missed dearly by all.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
