David Gene Hunter, Jr.

David Gene Hunter, Jr. of Glen St. Mary passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at his home at the age of 56. He was born in Jacksonville to the late Mr. David Hunter, Sr. and Mrs. Lana (Wilcox) Hunter.

David would work for a number of years in road construction. In his time away from his job, David enjoying riding his motorcycle and fishing. He loved to spend time with family and friends, especially his grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his wife: Alice Lawless-Hunter of Glen St. Mary; children: Adam Hunter of Glen St. Mary, Angel Hunter and Bethany Brooks both of Jacksonville, Christina Constanza and Michelle Constanza; mother: Lana Hunter of Glen St. Mary; ten grandchildren; siblings: Ronnie Hunter and Christy Austin; as well as extended family and friends.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
