David Thompson

Mr. David Thompson, 63, of Glen St. Mary, FL, passed away Sunday, July 17th, 2011 at the Acosta-Rua Center for Caring, in Jackcsonville David was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 13, 1947, and has resided in Baker County for the past 14 years, the son of the late Ruth (Strickland) and Jesse Guy Thompson, He was a Truck Driver and a member of the Gospel Lighthouse Church in Jacksonville, and attended Taylor Church. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Survivors include his daughter; Tonya Thompson, of Glen St. Mary, sons; David Lee (Tiffany) Thompson, of Springfield, MO, Timothy (Jessica) Blanchard, of Macclenny, brothers; Wayne Thompson, of Seattle WA, Frank Thompson, of Jacksonville, Billy Thompson of Tennessee, sister; Jancine DeMaggio of, Jacksonville, 8 grandchildren ,2 great grandchildren and several other family and friends also survive. Graveside services will be held 10:00 am Friday, July 22, 2011 at the Riverside Memorial Park Jacksonville, FL. with Rev.
