Diane Moseberth Obituary

Diane Taylor Moseberth, age 79 of Glen St. Mary passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Baptist Hospital Downtown. Born in Jacksonville on October 28, 1942, Diane was the daughter of the late Mr. James and Annie (Riner) Taylor. Residing in Baker County since 1974, Ms. Moseberth worked for many years in banking, notably for the former Citizen’s branch in Macclenny. She was a longtime member of Taylor Church, loving her family there, praise and worship music, and reading her devotionals. She also enjoyed shopping and couponing, always looking for a bargain. Most important to Ms. Diane was her family and her grandkids and great grandkids were her world.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother: James Marshall Taylor; sister-in-law: Judy Moseberth; special cousin: Delores McClain; and her beloved husband: John Franklin Moseberth.

She leaves behind to carry on her legacy, her children: Sherri (Dennis) Dugger of Macclenny, Rhonda (John) Bennett of Lake Butler, and Christy (Michael) Beasley of Sanderson; grandchildren: Chris Raulerson, Jr., Freddie Hodges, III, Kelli (Adam) Davis, Dawson Beasley, Madyson Beasley, Justin (Bethanie) Dugger, Jon (Tianna) Dugger, Jordan Bennett, and Zeb Bennet; great-grandchildren: Kaden, Parker, Ryder, Paxon, Austin, Morgan, RaeLynn, Hunter, Matthias, Edyn, and Honor; as well as extended family members.

The family will be receiving friends at Taylor Church on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 11:00 AM with services to follow at 12:00 PM with Pastor Mark Woods and Rev. Jim Cox officiating. Interment will take place at the conclusion of services at Taylor Cemetery.
