Obituary
Elsie Pigott Fitzpatrick, age 69 of Tallahassee passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the Azalea Gardens Memory Care Center. A lifelong resident of Tallahassee minus a short stay in Jacksonville, Elsie was born on January 4, 1953 to the late Clois and Martha (Crum) Pigott. She would go on to attend nursing school at Florida State University and would work for over forty years as a registered nurse. She was very proud of her dedicated years of serving others. With her late husband, Frank, Elsie loved to go camping in their spare time. She also had a dog in her later years, Sam, whom she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband of thirty-eight years: Mr. Frank Fitzpatrick.
She is survived by their daughter: Kasi Fitzpatrick of Tallahassee; siblings: Rod Pigott, Eva Reeves, and Kay Harvey all of Tallahassee; as well as extended family members and close friends.
Memorialization will be by cremation per her wishes, with a graveside service to be held at Pigott Cemetery, Medart, in the near future.
