Frances Evelyn Terry

Evelyn Terry, age 84 of Lake City passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at her residence with her family by her side after an extended illness. She was a lifelong resident of Columbia County, born on January 22, 1937 to the late Mr. Frank and Evelyn (Dedow) Johnson. She was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker for many years. Her pride was taking care of her son Bradley and the rest of her family. In her free time, Ms. Frances enjoyed watching old western movies and programs on television.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of fifty-seven years: Mr. James Terry; sister: Laura Johnson; and a great-grandson: Damien McDonald.

She is survived by her children: Elizabeth Holland of Lake City and Bradley Terry of Macclenny; grandchildren: Frances Driggers, Jessica (Rich) Holland, and James Holland; and eight great-grandchildren.

Final Memorialization will be by cremation.
