Freida Hammer

Freida Elaine Hammer, age 63 of Jacksonville and formerly of North Carolina, passed away at Baptist South Hospital in Jacksonville on Thursday, March 8, 2012. Freida was born in Waycross, Georgia; the daughter of Paul and Evelyn Hendricks Seasholtz. Her faith in Christ inspired those who surrounded her and her kind ways were noticed by others. Her love of animals included her horses: Sky and Sunnyboy, and her puppies: Coley and Luppa. She is survived by her parents: Paul and Evelyn Seasholtz of Jacksonville, FL; husband Roger Hammer; son: Kevin Hammer of Carbonton, NC; daughter: Kimberly (Randy) Cook of Bunnell, FL; sisters: Greta Walker and Susan Green both of Jacksonville, FL, Sheila Cole of Highland, NC, and Judy Look of St. Augustine, FL; brother: Karl Seasholtz of Jacksonville, FL; Grandson: Clifton "Cliffy" Cook of Bunnell, FL. Funeral Services will be held 12:00pm Thursday, March 15, 2012 at Glen Friendship Tabernacle, Glen St. Mary, FL with Reverend Greg Peters officiating.
