Ginger Collen Cleveland, age 63 of Jacksonville passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside Hospital. Ginger was born on February 3, 1958 to the late Mr. James and Gail (Dillon) Murphy in Matewan, West Virginia. She would work for several years in the healthcare field. In her spare time, Ms. Cleveland enjoyed taking care of animals, cooking, and attending concerts. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son: Levi Cleveland.
She is survived by her children: Rodman Cleveland and Sarah (Daniel Bradley) Kirkland all of Jacksonville; grandchildren: Temperence Bradley, Lexi Bradley, Makayla Bradley, Tyler Baxter, Zachary Cleveland, Chance Cleveland, Alyssa Cleveland, Devin Cleveland, and Kallie Cleveland; brother: James (Dawn) Murphy of Macclenny; sister: Janice (Andy Snyder) Counts of Mississippi; longtime close friend: Bruce Kirkland; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Final memorialization will be by cremation.
