Kenny Dean Norman, 55 of Macclenny passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2020 with his family by his side. He was born in Jacksonville on April 19, 1965 to Mr. Floyd and Yvonne (Yancey) Norman. Mr. Kenny spent time living in Clay Hill before settling in Macclenny in 1989. He worked for many years as a truck driver and eventually as an owner-operator. In his spare time, Kenny enjoyed deer hunting and spending time with his family that he loved dearly. His was passionate about his work as an owner-operator and loved working on semi-trucks.
Mr. Kenny is survived by his beloved wife, Marie Norman of Macclenny; children: Christopher (Olivia) Norman of Glen St. Mary and Christa (Bradley) Horne of Macclenny; grandchildren: Isabella Horne, Ella Norman, Madilynn Horne, Beau Horne, and Aubree Norman; father: Floyd Norman of Clay Hill; mother: Yvonne Norman of Macclenny; brothers: David Norman of DeFuniak Springs and Glen Norman of Highland; sister: Tammy Rogers of Macclenny; father and mother-in-law: Eugene and Mazie Barlow of Macclenny; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Graveside services will be held Monday, October 12, 2020 at 12:00 PM at Macedonia Cemetery with Rev. Tommy Richardson officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 11:30 until the time of service.
