Larry Jasper Tucker, 76, went to heaven to be with the Lord and Christ on December 8, 2020 at his home in Panacea after a long, courageous battle with renal cell cancer.

He was a charter captain for 52 years; an ocean-going tugboat captain from Connecticut to South America for Tidewater Towing Co.; captain of a seismographic ship off the Louisiana, Texas, and Mexico coasts for Survey Boats; and was owner and operator of 2 shrimp boats. Board of Directors; was a member of Curfew Mason Lodge; a past president of Wakulla Shrine Club; and a charter member of the Marzuq Shrine Center.

Larry worshipped his God and Savior Jesus Christ and walked with Them daily. He was always sharing his testimony with others. Larry was full of love and shared it freely with everyone that came in contact with him.
