Mary Frances Bain, age 75 of Orange Park and formerly of Baker County passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Ascension St. Vincent’s Clay Hospital. She was born on May 7, 1946 in Hazard, Kentucky to the late Mr. John and Anna Mae (Martin) Kenny. She worked for several years as a waitress. In her free time, she enjoyed fishing, arts and crafts, and sewing. She was a former member at the Faith Memorial Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.
She leaves behind her son: James “Jim” (Lori) Bain of Glen St. Mary; grandchildren: Amanda Bain, Charley (Robbie) Williams, and Erika (Justin) Beck; nine great-grandchildren, with one on the way; sisters: Patricia Ann (Mark) Hurlbert of Hilliard, Connie Blackard of Kentucky, and Kathy Potter of California; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
Final memorialization will be by cremation.
