Mary Louise Gibson

Mary Louise Gibson, age 90 of Lawtey passed away peacefully on Monday, August 5, 2024. She was born on December 8, 1933 in Lake City to Mr. Earl and Beulah (Horne) Norris. She worked for many years as a nursing assistant. In her spare time, Mary enjoyed crocheting, fishing and traveling with family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Dewey Norris and Roland Norris, Sr.; and sons: Harry “Buddy” Wilkinson, Jr. and Troy Wilkinson.

She is survived by her children: George (Crystal) Wilkinson, Brenda (William) Jones, Martha Sue (Doug) Garris) and Cindy Wilkinson; daughter-in-law: Gail Wilkinson; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters: Emma Dury and Liy Mae Swaggarty; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Final memorialization will be by cremation.
