Michael Brooks Obituary

Michael Ray Brooks, age 57 of Tallahassee passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Capital Regional Medical Center. He was born August 30, 1964 to Mr. Russell Ray Brooks and Mrs. Caroline Stevenson in Russellville, Kentucky. Michael spent many years and miles on the road as a truck driver, as well as all the miles he spent on his motorcycle with his club brothers. He lived for his family and treasured the time they all spent together.

He is survived by his beloved wife: Dana (Brown) Brooks of Tallahassee; children: Brandon Brooks, Victoria Brooks, and Courtiney Brooks all of Tallahassee; grandson: Michael David Ray Stege; father: Russell (Helen) Brooks of Quincy; mother: Caroline Howard of Russellville, Kentucky; siblings: James R. Anderson and Debra Howard both of Russellville, Kentucky and Aim’ee Lynn Brooks of Tallahassee; as well as extended family members, club brothers, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
