Michael Dennis Moseley

Michael Dennis Moseley of Crawfordville, known best as “Dennis”, passed away at home with his loving wife on Monday, April 22, 2024 at the age of 67. Dennis was born in South Amboy, New Jersey on December 28, 1956 to Mr. Dan and Lee (Hayes) Moseley. The family would move to Florida shortly after and Dennis would graduate from Wakulla High School, Class of 1975. Mr. Moseley would begin working in the locksmith business at the age of 14 with his father. He made a career of it, owning and operating several businesses over the years, most recently Moseley Lock and Key, a mobile locksmith serving Wakulla and Franklin counties.

Dennis was a selfless, giving man who was always willing to help someone in need and he loved the Lord. Dennis favorite pastime, by far, was golf. He loved spending time on the course and was a very skilled player. He also enjoyed fishing in his spare time.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his beloved wife, having spent over 50 years together, Mrs. Sharon Moseley of Crawfordville; his mother: Lee Moseley of Crawfordville; siblings: Kim Moseley of Crawfordville, Ricky (Beth) Moseley of Altha, Daniel (Marjorie) Moseley of Shell Point, and Gary (Mary) Moseley of Deland; his “son”, his fur baby Buttons; brother-in-law: Phillip (Lucy) Ward of Wakulla Station; as well as extended family members and friends.

Final memorialization will be by cremation.
