Odis Kern Montford

Odis Kern Montford, age 68 of Woodville passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Kern was born in Blountstown to the late Wilbert and Emily (Lee) Montford on February 21, 1955. He would work for many years in the printing industry. He loved tinkering around the house, mainly on lawn mowers. He loved his family and friends and was a proud father and husband.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife of thirty years: Mrs. Cathy Montford of Woodville; children: Ray (Amber) Rentz of Crawfordville, John Lamson and Steve (Dianna) Lamson both of Woodville, Jaimiean (Chris) Harrison of St. Cloud, and Ray (Lori) Lamson of Deltona; seventeen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; siblings: Hank (Judy) Montford of Tallahassee and Judy Runyan of Woodville; as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

Private services will be held at a later date and final memorialization will be by cremation.
