Tabitha Locklear-Boykin Obituary

Tabitha Nicole Locklear Boykin, age 26 of Jacksonville, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013. A lifelong resident of Jacksonville, she was an avid Florida Gator fan who loved being outdoors. She loved going to the beach, music, and writing poetry. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her son: Hunter Mann of Middleburg, FL; daughter: Destiny Boykin of Jacksonville; father: Curtis Locklear of Maxton, NC; mother: Drema Locklear of Jacksonville; brothers: Shawn Paul (Jamie) Toler and Anthony Lee (Heather) Locklear all of Jacksonville; sister: Ashton Locklear of Middleburg, FL; grandfather: Paul Toler of Jacksonville; uncle: Troy (Mendy) Turner of Jacksonville; and aunts: Karen, Mary, and Vicki. Numerous other friends and family also survive. Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Thursday, April 25, 2013 at Forbes Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Richard Fish officiating. The family will receive friends 6-8:00pm Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Forbes Funeral Home. Interment will take place 1:00pm, Friday, April 26, 2013 at Maynor Family Cemetery, Lumberton, NC.
