Teaira Tharp

Ms. Teaira Marie Tharp, age 32, of Jacksonville passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2011 following an extended illness. She was a native of Sacramento, CA and had lived in Jacksonville area most of her life. She was a member of Old Plank Road Baptist Church and worked in the medical field. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Teaira is survived by her father: Greg (Lisa) Wilkerson, of Jacksonville, mother: Rita Nightingale of Jacksonville, daughters: Kaylyn Lowdenslager, Peyton Tharp both of Jacksonville, brother: Jimmy Thompson, Greg (Alisha) Wilkerson, Jr; Dalton Brown, Tanner Wise, Cameron Wilkerson, Samuel Wilkerson all of Jacksonville, sister: Brittany Wilkerson, of Yulee, FL grandparents: Ruth Thompson, Lois Wilkerson, both of Jacksonville, James (Ann) Williams of Mississippi, and numerous other relitives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers: James H. Wilkerson, and Carl Thompson. Funeral services will be held graveside 11:00 am Saturday, February 19, 2011 at the Long Branch Cemetery, with Rev. David Franklin officiating.
