Waylon Ray Thornton, age 28 of Olustee passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside Hospital. He was born in Jacksonville on July 2, 1993 to Mr. Roland and Stephanie Thornton. Waylon enjoyed being outside, skateboarding, fishing and taking part in backyard MMA. He loved music as well. He will be dearly missed by his family.
He is survived by his loving parents; siblings: James Boggs and Bradley Someillan of Olustee, Robert Someillan of Middleburg, Michael Richardson and Johnathan Richardson of Jacksonville, Chrystina Hand of St. George, and Alana Fleming of Green Cove Springs; grandparents: Emily Bohannon of Olustee and Robert and Dorothy Someillan of Middleburg; as well as extended family members and friends.
Private family services will be held and final memorialization will be by cremation.
