Wendy Yvonne Golden

Wendy Yvonne Golden, age 54 of Tallahassee passed away Sunday, April 4, 2021 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. A lifelong resident of Tallahassee, Wendy was born on November 1, 1966 to the late Mr. Wendell and Clarice (Stafford) Golden and was a graduate of the Apostolic Christian Academy. She would go on to work for several years in customer service for Comcast and later in the insurance field. Wendy enjoyed a mostly private life with family and close friends. She enjoyed crocheting, a skill passed down from her mother. She loved her pets that she had over the years. Wendy was a quiet person but was always willing to help others in a time of need. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother: Aubrey Folsom.

She is survived by her sister: Jan (Ty) Chaney of Havana; sister-in-law: Renee Folsom of Tallahassee; as well as nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

 A memorial service will be held at a later date.
